Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you request a quote or book a cleaning with Best Home Cleaning Services LLC (“we,” “us”). By booking, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Online quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. If the home’s size, condition, or requested work differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss any price change with you before starting. Recurring discounts apply to standard cleanings booked on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.

Payment

Payment is due after each cleaning is completed. We accept Zelle, and we’ll send you our Zelle details with your appointment confirmation.

Card on file (optional)

You may save a payment card with our processor, Stripe, to hold your appointment. Saving a card does not charge it. We charge a saved card only for a late cancellation or missed appointment as described below, or for a balance that remains unpaid after your cleaning. By saving a card, you authorize those charges.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel, by phone, text, or email.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments (including when we can’t get into your home at the scheduled time), are charged the full scheduled cleaning price. If a card is on file, we may charge it for this amount.

Recurring customers: if your standard cleaning is scheduled weekly or biweekly, you get one free reschedule per calendar quarter, with no fee and no 48-hour notice required. Unused reschedules don’t carry over.

Access and safety

Please make sure we can get into your home at the scheduled time, and let us know in advance about pets, alarm systems, or anything that needs special care. We may decline to clean areas that are unsafe or that involve hazardous materials such as mold, biohazards, or pests.

Satisfaction and damage

If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will make it right. We are insured. If you believe something was damaged during a cleaning, tell us within 48 hours so we can review it with you.

Referral credit

When a new customer you refer completes their first cleaning, you receive $50 off your next cleaning and they receive $50 off their first. Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and may be changed or ended for future referrals at any time.

Website chat assistant

The chat on our website is an AI assistant, not a person, and its answers can be wrong. Your written quote, the instant quote calculator and these terms come before anything the chat says. The chat can’t book, change or cancel an appointment. Please don’t share personal information in it; our Privacy Policy explains how chat messages are handled.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by California law.
